Two hard examples, generated by the same Python script (information on the Python language here) :

Big NN (42K): 80x26 board, 500 words of length 80, in other words, the max, just to see whether your program can handle it ! (My program currently cannot.)

Less big nn (14K): 80x26 board, 500 words of length 21; while potentially less lethal for your implementation, it may be more challenging for your algorithm ;-)
