POWERSAW interface
Corrected version 1.01;
this version corrects a bug with displaying Ionel Santa's intermediate
patterns (they are stored within a different coordinate system and I forgot
to translate them back.)
Download the zipped executable (283K, with readme file)
Features:
- The five top Powersaw algorithms:
- See them thinking - you'll see how differently they behave.
- Edit the solution yourself - try to improve upon the programs !
- Load and save the lines; save the image.
- Deals with different hardware speeds.
Requirements:
- Sorry Unix guys, this runs on Windows boxes only.
- Works on Windows 95 or NT4;
it should work on later versions like Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000 (a.k.a. NT5), and more generally Windows 2K+x;
- no guarantees either way on Windows 3.1 or NT3.51.
- Works fine on my P166. Might behave decently on a 50MHz Pentium or x486.
- Screen: at least 800x600 pixels, and a few colors (256).
- The program is standalone; no additional DLL required.
